


A bit about me
Yoga is something I’ve had an interest in through most of my adult life. I enjoyed taking the occasional class here and there, but it wasn’t until 2015, when a fitness group I was a member of offered a yoga course, that I started a regular practice.
I’ve been lucky enough to take classes from many great teachers, all of whom have enhanced and expanded my personal yoga practice.
With their encouragement and support I have completed the following training certificates:
- 200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT
- YogaBody Breathing Coach
- Gravity Yoga Instructor
- 30 hour Yin Yoga training
- Crystal Singing Bowl training
- 30 hour Yoga Nidra training
- Emergency First Aid at Work
